Hi Team,
Just tried to get the "Agent and Queue ID" from Genesys Cloud with supervisor level of access. Not sure if this is getable in Genesys Cloud by Admin access or it is not getable with any kind of access we have.
I can see the Agent and Queue ID in some of the reports in form of Hex coding however not sure where I can find it normally in Genesys Cloud not in form of report.
Please help with this by providing the information.
