Hi,
Is it possible to proceed with bulk delete of all voice interactions before a given date by using API for example ?
We want to delete not only recording but also all interactions details, it is like reseting the Organisation as default (but only for interactions, not for configuration).
The reason why the customer ask this, because they did many tests before system GoLive, and after the Purecloud is in production, he want to clean all reports, interactions...etc to contain only data after production date.
Is this possible in Genesys cloud ?
