Please could you provide an overview on how voice and screen recordings are recorded and transferred to the AWS?
We understand that voice recording is done by the Edge device, and they are stored on the Edge device and uploaded to the AWS after the call is ended, please could you help to clarify:
1. Can the voice recording upload (from the Edge to AWS) be scheduled, eg: once a day?
2. How often is the upload happening by default?
For screen recording, is the screen capture stored on the Edge device initially then uploaded to AWS, similar to the voice recordings?
