    Hello,

    We've been using Genesys Cloud for 3 years as our dialing capability, we receive prospective customer inquiries via web forms. These forms capture name, phone number, zip code, email etc. We've been using the automatic time zone mapping tool for our contact lists since the feature became available.

    We're moving our business processes to utilize the Genesys Cloud for SalesForce integration (connector). Whenever I configure new Genesys Cloud Campaigns via Salesforce, the integration creates a new contact list and campaign in Genesys Cloud. Whenever the contact lists are created, there is no option to leverage the automatic time zone mapping function.

    Does anyone know if it is possible? Or, do we have to find a way to append the contact records in SalesForce with a time zone value some how?

    Any help is much appreciated!
