Dear Team,

Disconnect interaction is not working , tried copy conversation id and paste to disconnect interaction , and it says successfully disconnected , unfortunately still its active , we really needed to kill some of messaging interaction how we can do.

while the flow has issue we not able to re test

Hi Noufal,

If you are not able to disconnect an interaction you have report this to Care.

They can disconnect the interactions using a private API.
