Hi, Just wondering if anyone else has noticed a slow to no response with agents who have scripts populate apart of their acd interactions?
I have had several reports across 2 channels for outbound scripts either failing to load or throwing a 403 error to the agent advising they dont have access to the applicable permission for script view but in reality they do and no permission changes have occurred.
Trying to see if its just isolated to org or if others have experienced the same issue?
Doesnt happen on every call
