    Hi,

    I have an opportunity that is planning to subscribe to Genesys Cloud and has two or three outsourcers on their contact center. The plan is to have these outsourcers to have their org as they are competing companies. The question is how do you manage or consolidated the reports of each of the org?

    This would have to be managed externally. Whilst you could set up paired organisations so certain users could log in to multiple orgs and view data that would not be presented in a single view.

    This sounds like you'd need a reporting tool with API access to all orgs to then consolidate the data.

    Not sure if this is of any value to you. We have built our custom report and dash application using Azure as a back bone. It is flexible to be bent around as we are constantly making enhancements for clients. Happy to chat with you about this if it is still a requirement.
