Anyone know if its possible to setup a architect flow for inbound ivr to add a number to a DNC list without having to interact with an agent?
As its possible to create a script for inbound and have the dnc function to update when the agent is interacting with the customer. I can't see why we couldn't design a call flow that could offer the customer to automatically add their number to auto update the DNC list by using something like caller address to update the dnc.
Is that even possible?
Then while operating outbound dialer and linking the DNC list potentially avoiding complaints driven from the dialer.
