I've noticed that twice today I've seen a new login screen and twice I've seen an old login screen, yet when I proceed beyond each to the main screens it's the same old familiar colour schemes.)
Is this expected, or am I suffering some cache issues?
Is there any information available about how the colour scheme change rollout will be progressed, or some guaranteed dates for regions so that we can advise our users of the change?
It may sound petty to technical people, but changing a small thing in a call centre agent's workspace - even something as simple as colours and fonts - requires some readjustment, so we'd like to be able to at least show our agents what they can expect, and be sure that when it does switch in that it remains.
