    Hi Community,

    This is the feedback regarding the recent changes to the Interactions View page:


    I heard this from a supervisor and we really liked the new calendar and media type filters. Now it's easier to select the days and navigate back and forward using the arrows. However, they are missing a functionality from the page selector at the bottom of the page.

    The issue here is that if you are viewing an interaction at page 7 and go back to the interactions list we are sent to page one. Before the changes, we could enter a number and go to a specific page. Now, we have to start on page one as usual and can't go forward to the next page before load all the interactions of the current page.


    Is there any other plan to optimize this?

    It would be handy if you could make the platform/browser hold the position we were looking at before opening the interaction. This would give a better experience to the customers.

    Sounds like one for the Aha ideas sight.  That is a typical reaction to that it is displayed.   I see this in many sights, but without a large number of cookie tracking programming,  it would be difficult to accomplish.
