Schedule call back Dial plan issue

    we have 91 dial plan(us Region) customer end and for manual /schedule call back we need to select country code (that will be +1 for us)

    after placing schedule call back the call will not be initiated as we dont have +1 dial plan .

    So is there any way we can add regex expression in trunk so that for outbound it will take +1 as 91.

    we tried to add number plan but it  affected inbound too so we removed that
    .Can some one help me out for regex expression for trunk so we can replace automatically +1 with 91 for all outbound and Manual Call back.
