good day,
i am currently getting due and last balance amount and date from CRM solution and need assistance with reading it back via Architect.
i have managed to get the date and balance to read back but have a strange challenge.
when on Balance Menu customer can select:

1. 1. Press 1 - To Play back Due date and amount, - this works 100%
   2. Press 2 - To Play back last payment date and amount - this works 100%
   3. Press 3 - returns to the Balance Menu and this is where the issue is:  

when i Press 1 above and listen to Due date and amount and then Press 3 to return to main Menu, i then Press 2 to listen to last payment date and time. the amount plays back but with the date it only plays the year (2020) and not the day or month an this is the issue visa versa. 
So when returning to Main Menu and selecting a different option, the date does not playback correct but when selecting any option at 1st all plays back.

Hi there, no i did not.
because of timelines, i put a workaround in place whereby i use a switch for all the days, months and years whereby i do not use a variable but please the actual audio
if day = 01 then play audio day01 x 31 audio files for each day
if month = 01 then play audio January x 12 audio files for each month
if year = 2020 then play audio 2020 for each year
