Sending Web Survey in the appropriate language which was selected by the caller for an interaction.

    Hi all,
     
    Currently it is not possible to send a Web survey in caller's language.
     
    As the Policy configuration doesn't have a filter for skills, a Web survey Form can assign only to a specific queue(s).
     
    Therefore I have create an idea resp. a request. (CLINB-I-1019)
