    Hello,
    I am trying to implemented the WebSurvey  and  Agent would need to send a email to users once the call gets over.  I  know how to build the inbound call flows. but this survey is new to me and i am following the guideline given in the following link (https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/work-with-survey-invite-flows/). On this link, it mentioned to create survey form under the quality . but i dont find it. i could see Evaluation Form and i have added a form. Next step is, need to create survey invite flow and on the Architect, flows-> Survey Invite. but i don't see this option in the architect flows.
    I can see (InboundCall,InboundEmail,InboundChat,OutboundCall,In-QueueCall,securecall,workflow). but not Survey Invite. is the document up-to-date? Also, on the document, there is a link to download the sample invite flow and i downloaded. i cannot import in work flow.  please help me in giving step by step to create the survey. 

    My assumption : Work flow is a Survey Invite


    Please guide me the steps and give me the samples if any.

    What level GC licenses do you have?  1, 2 or 3?

    Check under Admin\Account Settings\Subscription

    I suspect you only have Pure/Genesys Cloud level 2

    Thanks for the reply and i have checked the license  and i can see its "PureCloud 2 ". can't we create webservey using this license?

    I'm afraid that the Web Survey functionality is only available at the PureCloud 3 license level as indicated at the top of this page: https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/create-a-web-survey-form/

    If you are not interested in upgrading to a PureCloud 3 license, then there are several AppFoundry partners that provide survey capabilities in the AppFoundry Marketplace: https://appfoundry.genesys.com/filter/genesyscloud.  Just search for 'survey'.​
