Hi All,
We have a customer that has many blind people in his contact center. In their previous Contact Center solution they had application that let them use keyboard shortcuts for most important actions: Answer/ Reject Calla, put agents on and off queue which along with NVDA screen reader gives possibility to work without sight.
I did not found any of such features in Genesys Cloud, and the shortcut list for desktop app looks like a joke.
Has anyone find any workarounds for keyboards shortcuts? Browser plugins, some other software that could interact with desktop app?
