Is there any way to define shortcuts for Genesys Cloud UI?

    Hi All,

    We have a customer that has many blind people in his contact center. In their previous Contact Center solution they had application that let them use keyboard shortcuts for most important actions: Answer/ Reject Calla, put agents on and off queue which along with NVDA screen reader gives possibility to work without sight.
    I did not found any of such features in Genesys Cloud, and the shortcut list for desktop app looks like a joke.

    Has anyone find any workarounds for keyboards shortcuts? Browser plugins, some other software that could interact with desktop app?

    Have you tried Jaws: https://www.freedomscientific.com/products/software/jaws/

    I know of clients that have tested and use it with both the Browser and desktop interfaces.  I personally did not try it, but they said it worked for them.
