    Good morning,

    I'de like to know for how long the voice calls recording stays in the system?
    Is there any limited time for the recorded calls?

    You specify the archive duration and deletion duration in the policy for the recordings.  It is all up to you.  Find information here:  Create a policy - Genesys Cloud Resource Center (mypurecloud.com)

    If you have GC3 licenses, you can use live storage for 6 hours per agent per day for about 3 years.  Archived recordings don't go against this quota.
