Where can I find the definition for the headers selection in the Queue Activities> Agent tab?

    I'm looking for a document explaining what each of these represent. See below (sorry don't know why the pic is so bad uploaded).
    Performance > Queues Activity > select a Queue > agent tab and then press the + button on the right side of screen
    Table Column

    #Reporting/Analytics
    #Unsure/Other
