    Hi 

    I have been going through the forum to see if cloud supports gmail. If it does support gmail I assume it will only support business accounts. 

    Please advise.

    If you are looking just to implement Email routing, yes you can forward from a Gmail account to Genesys Cloud.  Check this out for that scenario:  https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/register-domain-redirect-inbound-messages/

    If you are trying to use Gmail as an outbound Email SMTP server, I am not sure Gmail would allow for the open relay.

    Thank you for the response. We will test as soon as the customer switches from prem to cloud. At this stage we do not have a spare business account to do the tests. I will post the results here.
