  • 1.  Outcome of each outbound attempt

    I see a thread about adding a custom column to the contact lis to show how many attempts have been made to call a contact, but what about adding he actual outcome of each attempt. Has anyone done this? Can we in the same column or separate:

    Name; phone; attempts; status
    Fred; 1233445; 2; busy, no answer  

    or

    Name; phone; attempt_1; attempt_1; etc.
    Fred; 1233445; busy; no answer

    Hi Renaldo. 

    We capture this information in a separate column and just control it via campaign rules. E.g. for each dialler attempt we increment Attempt column by 1, and if Attempt column = 1 for example, then we update a separate column Attempt Wrap 1 with the call analysis outcome / wrap etc. 

    It works for our needs and isn't difficult to set up. We also use the same sort of technique to write in a separate Column called Attempt Time 1 to write the current UTC time so we can easily find the time that that attempt was made etc.
