Good Morning,
I have created a second Division, Our Los Angeles Office will remain in the "Home" Division and our Florida Office will be in the newly created Division.
During non-business hours I moved all people, queues, management group, call flows (inbound and in-Queue), anywhere I could find a spot to change the Division, I did.
as an FYI, inbound calls to the Florida Queues originate in the "Home" Division Call Flows and depending on the prompt pressed are redirected to Florida
calls make it into the call flows, etc. but once the attempt to connect the caller to the Florida Queue the call is disconnected, any action prior to the connection made to the Florida Queues does seem to function correctly.
Any thoughts on what I may have missed? can the calls come in to one division and then connect to a queue in another division?
can calls between Agents in separate Divisions be made? can they transfer calls to each other?
