Nothing built-in. You would have to transfer the call to an Architect Call Flow and gather the data from customers, then have a Custom data action to write it to an external data source, and write your own reporting solution.
You might look on the App Foundry and search for Survey. There are several vendors that can provide a canned solution.

Is there a way at the end of the call to have the option for a customer to answer a survey? I know that you can email surveys out but I would like the option to have them do an automated survey or even have a call back option for the survey.
