Not that I could think of. You do have a couple of options.
1. Use a 3rd-party SMTP server that can copy the email and send it back into another Email to a queue that deletes them after coming back in just for reporting.
2. Send to another email address that then comes in, retrieves the necessary information from the original and does are reply using the supplied values and then routes to a queue to be deleted.
I guess it depends on what you are missing in your reporting now and if there are ways you can use Flow Outcomes or other reporting means to achieve it on the original inbound Email.
