  • 1.  Change date format to be YYYY-MM-DDTHH:MM:SS.sssT on Script

    Hi all,

We have a data action that is configured in Purecloud in order to set the data entered by the agents to an external customer database through the Agent Script

In one of input fields of this data action in the Script called "date", it accept only a date with format YYYY-MM-DDTHH:MM:SS.sssT for time of call (example: 2019-12-04T11:20:20.337Z)

My question is, how to retrieve the current date on the Script and convert it to be like this format : 2019-12-04T11:20:20.337Z ?

    Thank you in advance.

I usually build the new string using the functions for each element (IE: Year or Minute) and then use string builder or Append to put them all together.
