    Hello!

    Testing mob app in an iOS device once granted permissions shared in FAQs: Insights for iOS - Genesys Cloud Resource Center (mypurecloud.com)

    still getting Permissions Error.

    Hi Xavier,

    The documented permissions should be the only required permissions for Insights. While I'm sure you've already done it, can you please verify that the user definitely has all of those permissions? If the problem persists I'll recommend reaching out to Care for further assistance.

    Yes, Insights uses division-aware endpoints.
