I have a customer who is in between CRM environments and they moved all their contacts into PC.
The upload template has a fields in it for both contact id and account id, which they included in the upload. The upload worked well, but the values they're using for account and contact id are real (i.e., not arbitrary)... they are indexed to another application that they'll be integrating with eventually.
Question is that where do account and contact id those values go? We're not seeing either field in the ui display, and the data is not available via an api fetch either.
