I would like to know if the Call.Ani can be changed to a custom number so that when the IVR transfer a call to an external number, the IVR will use this custom number as its callerID in the outgoing call leg.
At the moment, when the IVR initiates the transfer it is presenting the caller's number from the incoming call leg as its callerID in the outbound call leg, resulting to failed transfer because the session border controller has a specific list of calling number allowed to make outbound calls.
