Hi Rajeev,
To your points:
1. With SSO configured, on the Genesys Cloud login page you will be able to select SSO. That will take you to the login page of your SSO instead of having to enter the Genesys Cloud username and password. The admin can also configure SSO to be the only way to login to Genesys Cloud. Single sign-on overview
2. You don't separately (need to) login to WebRTC. When you are logged into the Genesys Cloud UI you can directly use your web browser as a WebRTC phone.
The SSO use cases for Genesys Cloud are generic to SSO:
- no need to remember separate username/passwords for each application (only the SSO username/password)
- add/remove access to all applications of a user via SSO
- add additional controles in SSO like two-factor authentication
- etc.

From the below link I can understand that Genesys supports SSO.
About single sign-on (SSO) - Genesys Cloud Resource Center (mypurecloud.com)
But would like to clarify the below.
1. If I integrate Genesys with SSO like Azure AD or ADFS, would like to know I can login to the Genesys login page using SSO. Is my understanding right ?
2. Also will I be able to login to WebRTC using SSO or will it be different.
What are the use cases of using SSO in Genesys cloud ?
