  • 1.  Before make Decision on Call Transfer

    I am thinking to create a task , and transfer the inbound calls to,  two external numbers. (e.g DID-A  and DID-B)

    1st call transfer to DID-A
    2nd call transfer to DID-B
    3rd call transfer to again DID-A
    4rth call transfer to again DID-B
    ....... and so on.
    kind of perform round robin (or load balance  between two DID's .

    I am not sure how I am going to achieve, may be create variable, Decision etc ...

    Use a data table to keep a field for 0 and 1.  Calls comes in and you read table.  0 goes to A and you set field to 1.  Call comes in and you read 1 and route to B and set to 0 and so forth.  You need data action to set the field.

    I have created the Data table , give below, not sure if fields are correct ? your support is really appreciated.

    You only need one field called Value or something like that and you will toggle the value from 0 to 1 and vice versus.  You will us a table lookup on that field.    Your data action will change that field.
