Currently you have to open a support ticket and have them download for you. If you use Get Conversation in the developer tools, you would be able to see what Edge devices and carrier was involved and sometimes messaging from the carrier. The near-term roadmap has the feature to download the SIP tree in PCAP format - that will be what you would need for this. I would hope to see this in the next couple of months.
