What ways do your orgs use to combat duplicate contacts on a contact list using campaigns?
While our org operate and can wash data vigorously to ensure each contact is unique we do find crossover occurring.
Would you think creating a 2nd dnc file and adding that to the campaign to do a check against the actual contact list being dialed would be a temporary solution?
Looking for your thoughts and ideas on how to combat this in a more efficient way and reduce the risk of becoming a nuisance to customers with repeat calls.
