Rout only calls with a language tagged to agent

    I need to rout ONLY calls with French language tagged to my French speaking agents. I do not want them to get English calls however. The queue does not have any skills, so if you are assigned to the queue, you will get all calls.

    Queue setup.
    Eval method: All skills matching
    Routing method: Standard Routing
    #Routing(ACD/IVR)
