Calls rejected - WebRTC

    PureCloud is swearing that its on our side but we aren't blocking 5061 and neither is our carrier. This happens when we make calls using WebRTC. Thoughts?

    You might check into NMAP (nmap.org) to test your connection to that gjoll URL.

    For example, I did a test and got the result that port 5061 is open, 0.060s latency:

    I'll test the NMAP to the gjoll when I log in shortly. My findings were that 5061 is open but genesys is saying its a port issue. So NMAP will tell me if the port is truly open and test connection to gjoll? If the ports come back open which direction would you go in? (Just in case) Thanks in advance George.
