How to display genesys cloud interaction view inside the custom application

  • 1.  How to display genesys cloud interaction view inside the custom application

    Hi Community,
    I want to load the particular interaction view inside my custom application.

    As I analyzed the genesys cloud application, the below mentioned URL is loaded in an iframe when i select an interaction from the interactions list, but when i try to load the same url in my custom application/new tab of genesys cloud application browser it is not working.

    URL: https://<pureCloud Domain>/interaction-details-ui/#/admin/<interactionID>

    It is showing loading in progress icon forever but interaction view not displayed.

    Please guide me on resolving the issue.

    Hi Ilayaraja,

    I highly recommend you to use Genesys Cloud API so you can get interaction details by Id and view details inside your custom application.

    About your case. I tested and see this error massage. So you can't use Genesys Cloud GUI url for custom app.
    Failed to execute 'postMessage' on 'DOMWindow': The target origin provided ('https://apps.mypurecloud.ie') does not match the recipient window's origin ('null').
