No, there is not a webRTC plugin for the Genesys Cloud for Salesforce client, as the client itself executes inside the user's web browser and handles its own webRTC communication. If you are in a salesforce experience that utilizes a single page (i.e. service console or a lightning app with console navigation), then the webRTC audio is handled directly in the client itself. If you are utilizing multiple browser tabs with the client present, then there is a configuration option to pop out a web RTC window, and the webRTC audio stream is handled through that popped out window.

Subject: Salesforce and WebRTC Plugin
Would anyone know if there is a Salesforce WEBTRC Plugin? Or is it just the standard Genesys Client used?
Thanks
