Currently they will be kept until a user deletes them, deletes the management unit, or the org terminates contract. The user interface supports showing a max of 26 weeks back and 26 weeks forward from the earlier of the current week or the last week in which a schedule exists. There is also a search function (Search button on schedule list page right next to Add button) if the schedule falls outside of that window. The same is true for short-term forecasts.------------------------------

Is there a limit to how many historical schedules PureCloud keeps? It seems as though any schedules older than 6 months are deleted. I tried looking on the Knowledge Network but I had no luck.
