    Hi Tonna,

    I have not heard any reports of audio issues from any of my customers.

    A few questions may help.
    1. Are you using PureCloud Voice, local edges, or a SIP trunk?
    2. What region are you in?
    3. What kind of audio issues are you experiencing?
    4. Do you have dual channel recordings enabled? If so, can you tell which end the issue is occurring on? This can be incredibly helpful in determining which side the issue is coming from.
    5. If you look at the Interactions view for today and add the MOS column, what are you seeing as an average? Are there several very low ones?
