When the CSR/Agent receives an email interaction and it has a secure attachment how do they get the information for the attachment? It usually sends an email to the same email address with the attachment information, which means that email could go to anyone on the email queue. How do they work the emails that come in with secure attachments.I am new to the community, please let me know if this should be posted in a different board or there is a better way to find this information.Thank you, Tricia
