lex Bot is not visible in Architect

  • 1.  lex Bot is not visible in Architect

    We have integrated Genesys cloud instance with Amazon Lex but while creating Chat bot flow in architect, Lex Bot is not visible in Architect.
    I have followed the all the steps which are given in below links. Please help me out if am doing wrong.

    Hi Rakesh,

    1. Have you develop the LexBot?
    2. Have you publish the LexBot?
    3. Have you integrate the AWS in the PureCloud environment?

    Hello Sundaram,

      Thanks for reply. Yes I have done all the three points you asked.
    1. Have you develop the LexBot?  Yes I have developed the lextbot on AWS instance.
    2. Have you publish the LexBot? Yes I have published the Lex with Alias.
    3. Have you integrate the AWS in the PureCloud environment? Yes Integration is done as given on Genesys document.

    I have follow all the steps given in integration document.
