  • 1.  Hiding Queue email when sending outbound

    Good morning!  

    I am trying to bring a group into using emails in PureCloud and they have asked if there was a way to have emails coming up to customers with a specific email address instead @kaltire.mypurecloud.com. 

    From what i can see,  the Queue needs a email to be able to use the 'on behalf of'. 

    Is there a set up document or steps in order to make this change? ​
