Currently, no. That is something that is on the roadmap. They do have the option now for a Cold Standby that could be activated in the event of a catastrophe, but with the way that US-West is designed and the location they are in, makes that such a slim possibility. US-East has been beefing up their backup and redundancy as well. Look at
https://status.mypurecloud.com and see the most recent uptimes. The only downtime in the past 16 months have been 2 self-inflicted releases that were quickly remedied, but never took the platform down completely.

Subject: Genesys Cloud Organizations Question
Question I have is if I am configured to USWest2 Region, what happens if Genesys has an issue with this Region. Does it automatically reroute to another region and would I need to repoint my URL as well?
Thanks
