  • 1.  Grant Agents Access to there OWN recordings

    hi there,
    is there currently a role/permission i can use to grant agents access to only view and listen to own recordings?
    #QualityManagement

    Hi Reginald,

    You will need to create a new role with the following permissions at a minimum:

    Analytics > Conversation Detail > View
    Recording > Recording > View

    You will need to modify the conditions for both and set the Condition Type to User, the Operator to Equals, and the Value to Current User.

    If you are using evaluations, the PureCloud User role has permissions for Users to listen to recordings of calls they have been evaluated on.

    thanks for you feedback, i have attempted this but am still not able to view Performance > Interactions to see the recordings for the agent

    You may need a few more for that. You can see the full list on the resource center page for Interactions View.

    Of those, I'd add the following and try it first, as you don't want to give them more than needed:
    Analytics > Conversation Aggregate > View     <-----This one would need the same condition for Current User
    Directory > User > View
    Conversation > Communication > View

    I don't think you'll need this one to view the list, but I have not tested:
    Analytics > Data Export > All

    You could add these one at a time and test.

    that allowed agent to see recordings, but all recordings although i have configured "current user" will play around to see if i can sort

    Hi there,
    still have not been able to get this working 100%.
    Agent can see recordings but all recordings in the Division

    My test agents can see all agents under Performance/Interactions but when they select any, it will only load the recording for their own calls.  

    It's like the conversation piece is missing a condition option.

    Hi Vaun and Reginald,

    That's correct. You currently cannot set permissions to allow them to only see their interactions but you can limit which recordings they have access to.

    You could get around this with a custom app and use the API.
