How can I use this feature with this disclaimer.

If i need this feature is to filter public ip address in my firewall, if this ips change without notice my data actions is going to fail, how can implement this without fault risk?

    Regards.

The second note is generally unrelated to the first.  The IP Addresses for data actions are something that are directly under our control in the PureCloud environment.  Changes to the IP addresses used would be the result of deliberate steps taken by the PureCloud development teams, and will be broadcast in advance.  There may be some emergency exception to this, but that would be exceedingly rare and only occur if there are no other options available.

As a reference point, the IP addresses used for Data Actions have not changed since they were initially created.

    Hopefully this helps clarify things.
