    Guys
    hope all is well I was wondering did anyone here configure a quick reply in genesys dialog chatbot if there , could anyone tell us how he did it because I saw the genesys cloud

    resources and I found an article explain how to make it and it didn't work because I'm not able to find  "automatic quick reply button " in dialog chat bot , I'm going to share


    where did I Stuck . anyway I'm looking for your advice guys...

    I did the auto reply using a data table

    I'm going to attached what did I mean as Picture. As you can see when you start the conversation there appears a lot suggestion for us, so that make it easy to choose what we are looking for..

    That looks like messaging rather than chat, there are some limitations around messaging which is why I went chat for now.  I am also on Google dialog flow.  I cant help you on this one.  but if its like chat then if they select Pants then you can add an auto response based on the selection which would be in a switch

    If you are using the Genesys Cloud Dialog Bot Flows, then you just need to navigate to the Bot Flow type in Architect and select the User Input container, underneath Settings
