We have managed to squeeze almost all cloud features into a single mobile app. So almost everything is possible apart from using Collaborate chat which APIs are not publicly available.
We have included scheduling, adherence, coaching appointments linking to multiple interactions, time off management, task management, shift trading, evaluations with topic and sentiment analysis, voicemail including the possibility to recover deleted ones, workspaces and documents, learning module, workplans and workplan rotations, score cards, leader boards, real time reporting, historical reporting for queue and user, survey reporting, ACW performance, sentiment analysis reporting, user settings, WFM configuration etc
