Setting up phones on BTOC Cloud

    Hi all,

    Have just activated a new ORG which is BYOC Cloud, and has all the sites/ edge/edge groups/locations setup, so I went to setup a new user and get the following error message when I choose PureCloud Voice- AWS (Which has automatically been configured on the ORG) 'The Managed permission is required in order to assign a managed site to a phone' BYOC is new to us and wanted to know if anyone has seen this before and has a resolve for it?
