Having issues with Dial Plan and Callbacks.

    Hello Guys,

    I'm having issues with Call Back, looks like the dial plan that I got configured, this is just my first though, not sure. 

    If I dial a number here in Santiago (Not cellphone), for example: 9229792054

    9 <- To get tone
    22 <- Area code (Santiago)
    Number <- 9792054

    I got the following: 

    Looks like my dial plan added the +56 (Country code). 

    If I want to call a CellPhone, I have to dial the following: 9 995453939

    9<- For tone
    9<- For Cellphones
    95453939<- Cellphone number.

    Then, I press dial and I got the following: 


    Then, again the dial plan added a +56 before the dialed number. (Country code). 

    So, at this moment, I'm OK, si I call to the IVR from +56995453939 and I'm gonna schedule a callback. 

    Then, when I'm receiving the interaction for the call back, I got the following: 

    this is the number that I received: 


    So, if you see the whole number, the number into the interaction is the proper number, but there is a missed "9" after the +56 ( i think is the 9 for the tone in order to dial after the company). 

    So, after scheduling the CB, when the date is due: I got the following: 





    So, if you see the number, there is a missed 9, so when I press start call, I got the following: 

    A not successful call: The call just end and Im moved to After call work. 


    Here are my dialplan: 




    I tried to describe the issue as mush as I could, so is there any idea about how to solve this issue? I would appreciate it.
