    Many of our users report receiving Genesys Cloud error messages that phone services cannot connect. We have identified one common issue - they all use Verizon Fios as their ISP.  Has anyone encountered an issue with Verizon and users not being able to connect?  Were you able to identify why and resolve it?  Or, do you require your users to have a different ISP?

    I have had FIOS for probably 8 years now and it has been rock-solid and I am getting 100 mbps up and down.  I use it all day with Teams, Zoom, and Genesys Cloud.  I do think the modems they supply are the best.  I also suggest you get an ethernet connection directly to your own router.
