Email Images not showing

    Good Afternoon!   I am testing out emails coming into a queue in PureCloud.  I noticed that my images within the body of the email are not visible. When i click 'Show Images below' the small box for the image becomes an x and nothing else happens.

    Is there a restriction on what format can be used, or is there a place that this can be turned on in the system?

    I tried to and that right no image appear on the mail just an icon and the type of the image

    Hello,

    I would suggest opening a case with support for this issue. For your second question, most attachment types are supported. However Amazon Web Services does have a list of attachment types that are not supported. https://docs.aws.amazon.com/ses/latest/DeveloperGuide/mime-types-appendix.html. There is no configuration for attachment types. I hope this helps.

    Hi Erin,
    We have the same inline images issue, I'm interested to know if Genesys support have fixed the issue for you? We logged a support case back in November and its still not fixed.

    We do however it doesn't always work
    We have a support case open but it's been going on 10 months now
