    where do I see reports on penetration and contact rate.
    Customers can develop penetration rate reports to show the number of contacts that were contacted (the numerator) contrasted with a number of records in a contact list (the denominator).

    To determine the contact  rate, we divide the number of live person contacts by the total leads on the list

    Hi Michael,

    Two build such report you can use Conversations Aggregates API with filtering by contact list, queue, etc and two metrics:

    nOutboundAttempted The number of outbound dialer calls attempted.
    nOutboundConnected The number of outbound dialer calls that connected.

    Also you can include into your calculation nOutboundAbandoned

    nOutboundAbandoned The number of outbound dialer calls that were abandoned.
